Job Description

The Engineer is responsible for supporting and contributing to the analysis, design, and improvement of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

The role involves assisting in workflow optimization, resource utilization, and performance monitoring while ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and implement process optimization initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance indicators
• Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
• Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency
• Apply industrial engineering tools such as process mapping, time studies, and lean methodologies
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards

Qualifications

• The position is open to both genders
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Proficiency in English language
• Fresh graduate or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
