Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing sales.

The role requires a clear understanding of customer needs, the ability to present tailored solutions, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective clients
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, calls, and presentations with prospects
  • Sales & Revenue Generation Promote and sell company products/services to both new and existing customers
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and deadlines
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Client Relationship Management Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sales support
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Market Research & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  • Gather feedback to inform product development and service improvements
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software applications
